Shipping & Returns

  • Shipping Area: We currently ship within Lithuania only.
  • Shipping Rate: Shipping is fee is 3.60 euro on all orders.
  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3-5 business days.
  • We use Omniva to ensure safe and timely delivery of our candles.

Returns and Exchanges

  • Return Conditions: Returns are accepted only for unused candles within 14 days of receipt. The candle must be in its original packaging.
  • Non-Returnable Items: We cannot accept returns for candles that have been opened, used, or burned.
  • Return Shipping Cost: Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

Damaged Items

  • Reporting Damages: If your candle arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately and provide pictures as proof of the damage.
  • Resolution: Once the damage or defect is verified, we will arrange a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
