Shipping Information
- Shipping area: we currently ship only within Lithuania.
- Shipping cost: shipping for all orders - 3.60 eur.
- Processing time: orders are processed within 3-5 business days.
- Carrier: we deliver shipments via Omniva.
Returns and exchanges
Within 14 calendar days of purchasing the item, the buyer can inform the seller via email about their desire to return the goods. Once confirmed by us, the buyer delivers the item to the seller at their own expense using an Omniva parcel locker (Vilnius RIMI Džiaugsmo parcel locker). The seller, after assessing the condition of the returned item, sends a new item or transfers the refund amount to the buyer's specified bank account.
Damaged goods
If your candle arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately via email: (karshtastudio@gmail.com). Provide photos as proof. Once the damage is assessed, we will decide on a replacement or refund accordingly.
